Project Overview

This project focused on solving persistent water pooling issues and ensuring healthy plant growth through a modern, efficient irrigation system. The property had areas of poor drainage, leading to erosion and patchy lawn health.

We installed a fully automated irrigation system and implemented a custom drainage plan to redirect water away from the home and landscape features, improving both functionality and appearance.

The project was a combination of veneers over concrete, paired with new brick paver extension of the existing patio and the install was seamless.
